I received my Bachelors degree in Nursing from Loma Linda University Medical Center, then went to obtain my Master's of Science degree in Nursing at the University of California, Los Angeles.

About My Practice

I have managed a broad range of acute and chronic medical problems including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome and many others. I strongly believe in individualized counseling and guidance on nutrition, exercise and healthy lifestyle changes to promote optimal health and wellness.
