The first small step is easy—set up an appointment with us regarding the Health & Wellness service.
During that appointment we will discuss current medical problems, examine current lifestyle habits such as dietary, exercise and sleep habits, review medical history and lab results, and conduct a physical examination. From there we will develop an individualized health plan for you.
Once that plan is in place, there will be periodic assessments to monitor your progress by following up on progression of symptoms, laboratory work, and changes in health.
